Woody World goes for sustainable, high-quality, contemporary and efficient timber construction. Thanks to our unique and modern production and construction technology, Woody World homes are manufactured in a sustainable and cost-efficient way. This is also reflected in the use of the houses. Our construction method is up to 50% faster than conventional construction methods, this is because we have all our processes under one roof and can therefore deliver and finish the products prefabricated on location.

Woody World offers the total solution for sustainable timber construction: design, production and completion.

At Woody World, you'll find everything under one roof. The houses are designed by our architects and produced by our permanent partners. Then the homes are transported in panels to the construction site. The houses are designed in such a way that the transport is as economical and ecologically responsible as possible. The efficiency of the construction and finishing of the houses on site is also a key factor. The products used in production are of high quality materials. At the start of a new project, our architects listen carefully to the client's wishes and and are able to produce a contemporary design. That makes every project unique.

The prefab panels are efficient and environmentally friendly with regard to production and assembly, on the construction site, in a short space of time. At the end of June 2021, Woody World completed the model home for Park Naut. This completion was immediately followed by a successful sales weekend at the park.

Woody World has the green light to start the construction of the new Landal park 'Elfstedenhart' in Witmarsum, Friesland. Construction of 59 luxury recreation villas and a center building started in November 2020. The completion of phase 1 is scheduled for October 2021.
