From architect to turn-key delivery

Woody World is your partner in sustainable timber construction. The company was founded in 2016 and we are currently active in 6 countries. The head office is located in Westzaan, where all homes are designed, developed and all projects are coordinated, in addition there is a beautiful showroom where customers can admire our homes in real life. We work with prefab panels, which ensures a fast and efficient construction on location and significantly reduces CO2 emissions. Woody World stands for sustainability and works with energy and environmentally friendly wood.

EFFICIENT PROCESS FOR A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE

Our construction system gives a lot of design freedom, which makes it possible for us to produce panels for care, regular residential and recreational construction. The entire prefab process is carried out in-house for each project, from engineering to production, and manufactured by our trusted partners. Each produced panel is carefully checked for quality. We then transport the panels to the construction site. By working efficiently during the design, the transport can be carried out as economically and ecologically as possible. We make a conscious choice for sustainability by using high-quality material with a contemporary and efficient design.

The preparation of the complete installation is an important aspect in the prefab process, which saves many hours of installation work on-site. Any errors are also eliminated at an early stage. The installation systems are also taken into account in the design process. The engineering of the installation systems in the homes must therefore be completely clear before the production process starts. Through this process, the installation systems are fully prepared during production and, where necessary, incorporated into the prefab panels.

Through this process, we significantly reduce CO2 emissions on the construction site. Efficiency and sustainability come first at Woody World.

PREFABRICATED PANELS


With our trusted partners we produce prefab panels for future-oriented, sustainable homes with low energy consumption or even energy neutral (NOM). The prefab panels are produced efficiently and environmentally friendly and can be assembled on the construction site in no time. Wood construction is environmentally and energy-friendly: manufacturing wood materials requires little energy and by working with circular building materials, our product is prepared for the future.

UTILISING CREATIVITY & STAYING SHARP ON INNOVATION

 

During the process of each project, our engineering team is in continuous contact with the design team to merge the details, the finishing level and the chosen materialisation into our prefab product. In this process we are always looking to innovate and implement new products.

By using different construction methods (e.g. HSB and CLT) and modern technologies such as BIM software and material passports, the implementation of new innovations can be discussed at any time during the design process.
